Brakes 4 Less Reviews

I tried making a brake appointment through brakes-4-less.com, it was more annoying than it needed to be. The site loaded fine, so that wasn’t the issue... but the actual form felt clunky, and when I went back a step, I had to type some of my info in again!!
It also wasn’t very clear which appointment times were really open, or whether my request was actually confirmed. I ended up just calling them anyway, so the online booking didn’t really save me any time. It could definitely be a lot simpler?

I used brakes-4-less.com after my brakes started making a awful noise. Booking was easy enough, and they gave me a quote before doing any work, which I appreciated because, shockingly, not everyone loves surprise charges. The best part was that they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. They explained what had to be fixed now and what could wait, which actually made them feel honest. I’m giving 4 stars because the wait was longer than I expected, and sitting around longer than planned is always a joy. But overall, I trusted them and would use them again.

I needed to get my brakes checked after work, and their hours made that really easy. It was nice not having to take time off just to get it done. The wait ended up being a little longer than I was hoping for, but overall it was a good experience. I’d probably recommend them if you need somewhere with more convenient hours.

The shop was clean and the waiting area was nice too. Everything was really easy from start to finish, so I have no complaints.

The service was fine overall, but parking there was annoying. There weren’t many spots, and the lot felt really tight getting in and out. I had to circle around for a while before I finally found somewhere to park 😅

I chose this place mostly because it was close to me, and getting there was easy. Parking wasn’t much of a hassle either, so that part definitely worked out.

Once I got inside though, the whole visit felt slower and more scattered than I expected. I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, and it didn’t really give me a ton of confidence in how organized they were.

If you just need somewhere nearby, it might be fine in a pinch. But based on my experience, I’m not sure the overall quality is worth going out of your way for.

Maybe it works fine for some people, but I ended up leaving and looking somewhere else because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle.

I weirdly remember there was a tiny rubber duck sitting by the computer, which made me laugh for some reason. Picking it up was just as easy — no long wait, I paid, got my keys, and was out. I did have to call once to check on the status, but everything went smoothly overall.

Just told them what happened and they helped me figure out how to word it. Simple enough.

One of the pads had a rough edge and the box was kinda beat up when it arrived. They’re working alright so far and no noise yet, so that’s good. I just kinda expected them to feel a bit more solid. Not bad, not great, just average imo.

As someone who always worries about car repair costs, I was relieved this ended up being less than I expected. The brakes feel good so far, and I’m happy with the value for the price.
